Re-place Hot water heater.5-2011

Got up with a migraine.Stepped into water on the floor.

realized it was coming from the hot water heater.I can't really complain,

this water heater is 15 years old.the hole on the bottom is from the toe of my boot,trying to get it out of the little closet it was in.

We are so lucky this didn't start a fire. this part

was way to close to water.
It took most of the day,but got it done. So my lesson is
check these things more often.
I'm giving the laundry room a makeover,so it's much easier to get to
the water heater.


This s the new one.
Hope we get as many years out of this one.
Thank you Lord, for this not starting a fire.

Bath room makeover 03-2011

Had to re-set the toilet,was leaking. so I figured that the floor

needed to be replace,so what better time.Cubbie just love helping me do things.

So tank is drained of water.now to remove the toilet.
We had to shut Cubbie in Mag's room so I could put
the toilet in the tub.

Then I got busy and forgot to take pic's.Ripped up the old floor.Then layed the new one.
One piece left to go.

aww... done... But it rocks more now than it ever did.so it needs

to be re-done again.But so far it's not leaking.I need to replace the wood

floor under the new floor.That should be fun.lol

Or I might just install seat belts on the wall...!lol.
