I got up at 6am. Had my cup of tea, making my plan for the day. I look out my kitchen window every morning. I just love the view. Today I thought the view was very up lifting. I thought --I'll take a picure for the blog. Then I thought the view would be better from the roof. So with my walkman on and the camera, I go up on the roof.
It was really pretty with the fog lifting and the sun on it.
The view was so pretty , the pic's didn't do it justice.
The kicker was -- my walkman started playing ------ Just a closer walk with Thee, by Patsy Cline. That just made me feel all warm a fuzzy inside. I thought of doing this blog , Just something for Adults, kids don't care about repairs, or grown up stuff. And since I don't get to talk or see the mom's much , grown up time is good. 
Then I check out what I need to repair the roof. I think some longer screws and some apoxy should do the trick.
This just needs some silver paint, It will look like new, not 13 yrs. old.
So back inside.---- I just LOVE my crock pot soooo much, That I bought another one, but smaller. In this pic it looks like my crock pot had a baby crock pot. It's soo cute. lol.
So with kids still sleeping , I decide to cook. So in the big crock pot I start --- Cannellini minestrone soup. 
In the smaller crock pot I start the caramels for apples.
Then I put an apple crisp together.
While that was cooking I made peanut butter cookies.
By then the smell got everyone up . Mag wanted to help with the apples.
The house smelt sooo good with all the fall smells. I just love the fall and the spring of the year. 
I also did 2 loads of laundry,dishes many times,put the dog out many times,planned a birthday cake for my sister on the 16th, Now I get to clean the kitchen one more time, then go feed the rabbits, do school work with mag. Then my day is done ! Amen!
